Can I really transform my physique with the app?
We can't guarantee results, as it also depends on the application of the knowledge but we can guarantee that you'll have access to all the information and tools you'll need to transform your physique, as well as programmes that have helped many other members do the same.
How do I use the
SPTV app?
The app is built to be super simple, user-friendly and easy to navigate. The exercise library is divided into body parts, the educational content is separated on different tabs for each topic and the programs are also located on the same tab for you to pick from.
Is the app the same as online coaching?
Not quite. SPTV gives you all the knowledge and tools you'll need to transform your physique, however we don't create bespoke programmes and coach you. Our online coaching is the perfect compliment or progression to SPTV if you need a more personalised touch.
How long will it take to get access once i've signed up?
Once you've signed up, we'll approve your membership within 24 hours. You will then have instant access to the desktop version and be able to download and login to the app for immediate and unlimited use of all the sections and features.
I have a question to ask, where is the best place to do that?
We welcome all questions from our members to help with more personalised queries. Firstly, we have the forum which is checked daily to answer any questions, then we also have a monthly Q&A where we answer all submitted questions in depth.
If I want to cancel, how does it work?
We're confident that you'll love the app and see the huge value in it, but if for any reason you'd like to cancel your membership, you can do so via your card/bank which you signed up on or contact us and we'll cancel if for you, no questions asked!
