How long will it take to get the programme?Upon signing up, you’ll immediately gain access to the 1FIT app, where the learning process can begin. You’ll receive a Build a Spartan guide and videos on everything you need to know about muscle growth. We also show you how to use the app & how the coaching & programme works. You’ll then receive your programme 5 days before the start date to give you time to get armed full of information, ready to transform.

How long is the programme?The programme is 8 weeks. The best results occur for those who see it through, as this gives you time to adapt to the programme before executing it at full capacity. The rate of muscle gain is slower than fat loss, so the full period is required to see physical adaptations.
